Located 5 minutes drive from the beaches and shops of San Pedro de Alcantara, it is also within easy reach of numerous excellent golf courses. Both pool and villa are heated, making it ideal for winter as well as summer rental. A local managing agent is on hand and a daily cleaning service is available at an extra charge by arrangement in advance.

- The mature garden is extensive, and provides plenty of space for children to play, as well as shady spots and sunny terraces. In season fresh lemons can be picked at the bottom of the garden. The pool can be heated (extra charge payable) and may be fenced off if necessary. The villa also has underfloor heating in the living room. The local village offers a shop, restaurant and bar. Nearby San Pedro (5 minutes) offers a wide range of shops, restaurants as well as beaches, and the fashionable port of Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away. Nearest airport: Malaga (40 minutes via the new autovia).

- 4km to beach, Golf, Walking, Sailing, Fishing, Horse riding, Cycling, Tennis Courts. the Thursday market in San Pedro; the Saturday flea market or bullfights in Nueva Andalucia the old town of Marbella; and the pretty Pueblos Blancos. Day trips to Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar or Tangier are also possible.
